Career/Personal Goals:  I would like to be a successful business person, focusing on helping those in need.

EMPOWERED role: Membership program coordinator and Media relations coordinator

Why did you join EMPOWERED?    I have always had an interest in becoming involved and learning more about the Red Cross, and wanted to meet other young professionals with similar interests and goals as me.

If you had to describe EMPOWERED in 5 words, what would they be?  Inspiring, dedicated, fun, involved, and EMPOWERING!!

What has been you favorite EMPOWERED event and why? I had a lot of fun at the Birthday Bash, it was the first time I went to Ybor city. I especially enjoyed the band.

What was your first exposure to the American Red Cross?  I worked with my Grandmother to distribute food and water to victims of a tornado near my home in Illinois.

How long have you lived in the Tampa Bay area? Almost 2 years.

What is your favorite thing to do/spot in the Tampa Bay area?   I absolutely love having the beaches so close; my favorite place is Frenchy’s on Clearwater beach…yum!
